Our Early College Center at Dallas College’s Mountain View campus project held its second outreach event to encourage diversity and inclusion and pairing tier 1 and tier 2 subcontractors. The event was held on August 26th onsite on the proposed building at Dallas College Mountain View Campus. Over 100 vendors registered for the event to learn about the project team and upcoming bid packages. The new ground-up project is a 46,000 SF 2 story facility consisting of site work, classrooms, laboratories, food services, and common gathering areas.

We were honored to have Mountain View Campus president Dr. Kenneth Gonzalez make the introductions and several members of the CMAR leadership team talk about the bidding process, getting prequalified, and next steps throughout the design-assist process with BRW and CBRE/Heery.
