Target Stores
Retail giant Target was Crowther’s first client and, to date, has entrusted the Crowther team as a General Contractor with over 13 Commercial Construction projects, many of which include remodeling actively operating stores throughout the states of Texas and Louisiana. Crowther's relationship with the Fortune 500 Target Construction Department extends beyond 10 years.
AT&T Retail Mobility Store Retrifit
The Crowther Group provided on-site general construction services for AT&T. The project included demolition and interior fit-out construction for this Commercial Tenant Uplift project in Fort Worth, Texas.
Parkland Outpatient Clinic
The Parkland Hospital System's new Outpatient Clinic offered The Crowther Group a unique opportunity to demonstrate our capability to perform a large ground-up public project in strategic partnership with a leading healthcare builder and Dallas County’s largest healthcare system.
Dallas Housing Authority Headquarters Addition
The DHA HQ Building Expansion will include site work and 29,000 square feet of office space in a 3-story addition located directly behind the Existing HQ Services building.
McDonald's Restaurants
The Crowther Group was awarded its first McDonald's construction project in 2020.
Dallas College - Mountain View ECHS
Dallas College, located in Dallas, Texas, awarded our team under its 2019 Bond, Phase 1 Program, the Mountain View Early College High School. This 45,000 GSF new construction Higher Education facility will be used for the College's High School Program.
PNC BANK SOLUTIONS CENTER
The group provided on-site general construction services for PNC, the largest diversified financial services institution in the country. The project included a remodel of an existing 1,400 SF space within a historic multi-story fully sprinkled multi-occupancy structure.
DALLAS AREA RAPID TRANSIT CITY PLACE
The Crowther Group was awarded the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) Cityplace/Uptown Red and Blue Line platform extension project. The six-month project is an upgrade of the existing DART train station terminal that’s ten stories below North Central Expressway.
DISD CAREER INSTITUTE NORTH
The Crowther Group was awarded Career Institute North Renovation of Dallas Independent School District. This 19,948 SF state-of-the-art Career Institute will feature real-world learning spaces and industry-standard equipment for 9th – 12th-grade students.
