Crowther’s Estimators and Project Managers utilize applications such as Blue Beam and Plan Swift to address construct-ability, cost, and schedule early in the conceptual estimating phase. Estimates are discussed in collaborative work sessions with the owner and design team, allowing transparent methods and construction holds (contingency) to be accurately budgeted by using subcontractor input throughout the preconstruction phase.

Field teams are involved in Concept and Logistics Programming, Conceptual Estimates, Alternative Solutions, and Construction GMAX as they have worked on numerous projects and bring this experience to the estimating/pre-con process to diligently understand the needs and operations of the client. Mr. Fulmore and his teams address construct-ability, cost, and schedule early in the budgeting phase.
