Confidential Electrical Service Client
Project Description:
The Crowther Group is working on Design Assist project with a Confidential Electrical Service Client provider and Bennett Partners Architecture. The project is being completed in two phases. Phase I consists of an addition and renovation of the existing service center. The addition features new training and conference rooms, remodeled open seating and locker rooms, controlled access, fire alarm upgrades, and renovation of the existing warehouse areas. Phase II includes upgrades to the existing parking structures, a new warehouse prefabricated building, a new structural steel kitting area, and new electrical panels and generators.
Fun Facts:
The Crowther Group team partnered with the client’s Real Estate team and their onsite staff during Phase 1 of the design-build project. We provided onsite mobile office accommodations for the project team during construction and demolition. Ensuring the existing facility stayed functional during the phased construction project.
