Parkland Outpatient Clinic (OPC2) 6-Story Clinic – We are ending 2019 on a high note as the last elevated deck has been poured at the Parkland Outpatient Clinic 2 – making it official, we have topped out!

The Crowther Group, in association with McCarthy, VAI Architects, HKS, and MEP Consulting Engineers, recently topped out and continues to provide construction services related to the site, core and shell, and associated interior finishes for a new ground-up, outpatient, 540,000 sf, six-story outpatient clinic. The project includes a comprehensive breast clinic, physical medicine, outpatient rehab and clinic facilities for Parkland Health and Hospital System. The makeup of our diverse team showcases our continued dedication to reflecting the diversity of Dallas County.

The project, which actively uses BIM for production, to optimize communication and planning among the project delivery team, is scheduled for on-time delivery, on a fast-track schedule.
